Scruton Allotments Association
Scruton Allotments Association was set up in 2007 to establish an allotment plot for village residents. The aim of the association is to provide affordable plots so tenants can grow their own produce, and also through social events, competitions and educational events, encourage and help people to grown their own produce.
The details for this year’s AGM have been confirmed. The meeting will take place on 28th April at 7pm in the village hall.
The Annual Potato Challenge is back, this year in memory of Chris Snell. See who can grow the biggest weight of potatoes from one tuber grown in a bag.
A reminder that access for vehicles to the cricket field car park is at the invitation and discretion of Scruton Cricket Club and that we are expected to treat the car park with due care.
