SUMMARY:Gardeners’ Questions Time 2022
DESCRIPTION:Scruton Allotment Association will be holding a Gardeners Question Time on the 20th Oct, 7pm at the Village Hall.\nIt can now be confirmed that the panellists will be Joe Lofthouse, head of productive gardening at RHS Harlow Carr, Phil Braithwaite, Braithwaites Garden Centre and Elizabeth Davies from Scruton.\nApart from the questions there will be a short talk on gardening and Phil will talk about keeping Bees with particular emphasis on starting from scratch. Prizes in the raffle will include an escorted tour for two, including a behind the scenes look at the gardens and workings of RHS Harlow Carr. A Bar will be available and light refreshments will be provided.\nAt an appropriate time during the course of events, the results of the 2022 Chris Snell potato challenge will be announced .\nIn view of the initial interest in the event it is strongly recommended that seats are reserved by e mailing how many seats you require to info@scrutonallotments.org.uk ( mailto:info@scrutonallotments.org.uk ) leaving your name and contact number. Seats are £5.00 each which include a free drink and nibbles/light refreshments.\n
